This means that if you wish to book in for treatment with Dr Rasha then you will now be able to do so, provided you adhere to the strict safety measures that we have recently introduced into our treatment process.

What You Can Expect After Our Reopening

Just like the other premises that have been allowed to reopen from Monday 12th April, we are fully committed to the safety and wellbeing of all our staff and clients. To this end, we ask that you do everything in your power to follow the new rules that we now have in place.

These rules include coming to your appointment alone, wearing a face-covering upon arrival at the clinic (unless you are exempt) and being free of any Covid symptoms. If you need to reschedule your appointment due to being diagnosed with COVID-19, or you are otherwise feeling unwell, then you must not attend the clinic in person. Instead, we ask that you contact us via email or telephone to change your appointment time.

When entering the clinic, you should maintain a clear two-metre distance from anyone you come into contact with. There are also times where you may be asked to wait outside until we are ready for you. This is to ensure that we comply with social distancing guidelines as much as we can.

Post-Lockdown Treatments

You’ll be pleased to learn that we will be offering our full range of treatments from minute one – a welcome boost to aesthetic routines disrupted by consecutive lockdowns and seemingly endless restrictions, we’re sure!

If you’re a returning client, you might be well aware of which treatments you need to undergo, so we’ll do our best to work around your requirements. Those of you who are new to our clinic – or simply haven’t seen us in so long– may need to book in for a consultation with Dr Rasha herself.

It’s here that our esteemed founder will carry out a thorough assessment of any of your areas of concern, taking into account your expectations, goals and medical history as she puts together the best treatment plan for you.
