Shipping Policy

All UK orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and we offer delivery to mainland GB addresses and NI only.

Standard Shipping is £6.00, or free for orders over £150!

We ask that you please double check the delivery address before placing your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for orders which are sent to an incorrect address.

Cancellations & Amendments

Unfortunately, because of the high volume of orders we receive, it is currently impossible for us to amend or cancel any orders once they have been placed.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order or change your mind, please contact us within 5-7 working days via info@drrashaclinic.com and we will advise further with regards to returning your order.

Please be advised that items must be returned unopened, unused and in pristine, resalable condition to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet our guidelines for health and hygiene reasons.

Unless faulty, liquid/cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@drrashaclinic.com and we will arrange it.

Missing Deliveries

Most orders are delivered within 5-7 working days. If your order is taking longer and you believe your items may have been lost in transit, please notify us within 20 days of your order date. If our tracking system indicates they have not been delivered, or have been lost in transit you will be eligible to apply for a refund or replacement.

If our tracking system indicates your items have been delivered safely we unfortunately can not offer refunds or exchanges.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please do double-check your bank account or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@drrashaclinic.com.
