CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that Dr Rasha Clinic operates (remove on) a 48-hour cancellation policy. We kindly ask you to give us 48 hours’ notice If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment. We reserve the right to charge the full cost of your treatment for all late and unattended appointments or if adequate notice is not given.

Please phone us and speak with a member of our team within 48hrs if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. We strive to ensure that we are always available to you and are open Monday to Friday 10am – 7pm.If you are running late for your appointment, we ask that you give us a call as soon as possible to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you on the day. We reserve the right to charge the full cost of the appointment if we are unable to accommodate a late arrival.

DEPOSITS

In order to secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £250 is required when booking an appointment with our doctors. All deposits can be used towards your treatment. To proceed with any of our doctors’ treatments, you must be 18 years or over.

TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENTS

Please phone Dr Rasha Clinic and speak to a member of our team within 48hrs if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. We strive to ensure that we are always available to you and are open 5 days a week from 10am – 7pm. If you are running late for your appointment, we ask that you give us a call as soon as possible to let us know. We reserve the right to charge the cost of the appointment if we are unable to accommodate a late arrival on the day.

TREATMENT PACKAGES

All treatment courses must be used within 18 months of purchase. All Courses at Dr Rasha Clinic are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, balances for outstanding treatments can be transferred to alternative aesthetic treatments. Please also note that we may recommend a change in your treatment programme during your course to meet your individual needs.

YOUNG CHILDREN AND PETS’ POLICY

We regret that we are unable to allow children unaccompanied in the reception area. Our Front of House staff are neither trained nor insured to look after children, and we respectfully ask our clients to refrain from asking our team members to watch their children. For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the treatment rooms at any time. Dr Rasha clinic operates a strict no pets policy in line with health and Safety guidelines.

POLICY ON PETS

We regret that we are unable to allow pets in the clinic for hygiene reasons.

FOOD POLICY

We kindly ask that all visitors to Dr Rasha clinic refrain from bringing in hot food or eating in the waiting area.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

All offers are limited to one offer per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or product purchases.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and will state how long they are valid for. Limited to one voucher per person. Gift Vouchers cannot be used for medical or injectable treatments or in conjunction with any other offers. Please bring your gift voucher with you to your appointment.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

At Dr Rasha clinic we aim to provide the best possible service and treatment results for our patients. Should you have any concerns about your service, please do not hesitate to contact the clinic manager at management@drrashaclinic.com. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within five working days.
