We ship orders directly from the United Kingdom to ensure fast, reliable, and efficient delivery.

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £150. Orders below this amount are subject to standard delivery charges, which will be shown at checkout.

Most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Cancellations, Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled or dispatched.

Because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accepted once fulfilment has started. If your order has already been fulfilled or dispatched, you may still be able to request a return after delivery, subject to the terms below.

Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

For EU customers, where applicable, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day you, or someone nominated by you, receives the final item in your order, unless an exemption applies.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Please note that cosmetic, skincare, liquid, or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be refunded or exchanged once opened, used, unsealed, or tampered with, unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Where required by law, eligible EU withdrawal refunds will include the standard delivery charge paid for the order. Additional costs for premium or upgraded delivery services may not be refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.

We may reduce the refund amount if the returned item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and condition.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Missing Deliveries

Most orders arrive within 5–7 working days.

If your order has not arrived within 20 days of dispatch, or if you believe your parcel may be lost in transit, please contact us. After verification, we will work with you to arrange either a replacement or refund where applicable.

If tracking confirms that your order has been delivered safely, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
